Shipping & Delivery

At Kiwi Bubs Store, we’re proud to be a New Zealand-owned business, but our community spans the globe. We ship our thoughtfully designed babywear and accessories to families all over the world.

Dispatch
  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Made-to-Order: Some items have a 1–2 Week turnaround (noted on the product page and at checkout).
  • Out of Stock: If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll notify you immediately and ship it as soon as it arrives.                                                                         

Shipping within New Zealand

Expect your order to arrive within 1–5 working days of dispatch.

  • Address Requirements: We require a physical address as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Rural & Bulky Items: Please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural (RD) or oversized deliveries. Ensure your RD number is included at checkout for a smooth delivery.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on orders over $70 within NZ and Australia (excluding bulky items).
  • Bulky Goods: Larger items like cots, dressers, car seats, and strollers may incur additional freight charges at checkout. Please note that some oversized furniture is only available for shipping within New Zealand. 

Delivery Terms

  • Signature Required: To ensure your items arrive safely, all parcels require a signature. If you choose "Authority to Leave" (ATL), Kiwi Bubs Store is not liable for missing or stolen parcels.
  • Arrival Check: Please inspect your package for damage before signing. Once signed for, we are unable to process courier damage claims.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 14+ business days.

  • Oversized Orders: Large international shipments may require extra freight fees; we will contact you for approval before shipping.
  • Taxes & Duties: Any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver.

We can ship to:
Australia, USA, UK, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and most of Europe and Southeast Asia.
